By entering the Pocket Prep EMT Kit Giveaway, applicants agree to the following:

• Eligibility: Must be an active Pocket Prep Premium member who purchased through an affiliated partner link. Must be a legal U.S. resident, age 18+. Void where prohibited by law.

• Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Prizes: One prize per winner. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Pocket Prep reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Notification: Winners will be notified via the email provided in their application. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

• Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes.

• Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners agree that Pocket Prep may use their name publicly in winner announcements. Winners may optionally grant permission for their image and likeness to be used.
